Kentucky officials are asking the Supreme Court to reconsider a ruling that gave Gov. Andy Beshear control over the State Fair Board, following which he removed Kentucky Venues CEO David Beck. The officials argue that this decision created an unnecessary disruption just before the opening of the Kentucky State Fair.
