Daniel Moreno-Gama, 20, is accused of traveling to San Francisco to firebomb OpenAI founder Sam Altman's $27 million Russian Hill home and the headquarters of OpenAI. He is set to be arraigned on two counts of attempted murder and other felonies related to the incident, and faces federal charges including possession of an unregistered firearm and destruction of property using explosives. His Texas home was raided by the FBI on Monday. The manifesto, titled "Your Last Warning," stated that he must "lead by example" in killing Altman. It also included a letter to Altman, stating that if by some miracle you live, "I would take this as a sign from the divine to redeem yourself." If convicted on the state-level charges, Moreno-Glan faces life in prison.
