Judge declares mistrial in 20-year-old case of Miami football murder

A mistrial has been declared in the case of former Miami football player Rashaun Jones, who is accused of murdering teammate Bryan Pata nearly 20 years ago. The jury could not unanimously decide on a verdict and proceedings will continue. Pata was shot and killed outside his apartment on November 7, 2006. Jones' attorneys have denied any involvement in the killing and believe the case is based on circumstantial evidence.
