Man started fire, carved antisemitic messages during break-in at N.J. home, authorities say

A man, Dalvin Brown, has been charged with aggravated arson, burglary, bias intimidation, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass. The incident occurred at a house in Manchester, New Jersey, where the house was unoccupied and under construction. An investigation found that the fire was intentionally set using materials from the construction site. The suspect remains in custody at the Ocean County Jail pending a hearing.
