Austin weekend: 5k races, plenty of sports and painting with wine

This weekend in Austin will be a variety of events, including a 5k Beer Run at Slackers Brewing, a musical about Tina Turner in San Antonio, a Paint and Sip Night in Kyle, hockey games featuring the Texas Stars, baseball games with the Round Rock Express, and a charity bike ride for AIDS. The Run for Beer Texas Brewery Running Series will also feature a run, walk, and jog through scenic routes, with prizes, live music, games, and more. The Hill Country Ride for Aids continues its journey, with a portion of the ride taking place at the Southern Walnut Creek Part 3 at 8:30 a.m. on April 4. All proceeds from this ride will be used to raise awareness and help those living with HIVAIDS.
