Former US Defense Secretary, Jim Mattis, warned that any agreement by Iran that leaves the country's repressive regime intact would be seen as a victory by the victors and leave the vital waterway at Iran's mercy for years. The agreement was made at the 44th annual CERAWeek by S&P Global conference in Houston.
