Police are searching for a white sedan involved in a road rage incident on West End Avenue, where a 34-year-old man was shot in the back and hit by a parked car. The incident occurred after the man turned into an aggressive stance towards the vehicle. The vehicle was last seen making a U-turn and heading inbound on the street.
