Lila Miller, the shortstop for Chesterton High School, has been a key player for the team for four seasons. She has worked hard on her speed, agility, reaction to the ball, and charging the ball. Despite a broken bone in her left foot in her junior year, Miller remains confident and leads the team with a team-high of 14 runs scored. Her coach, Erin Cochran, commended her leadership and dedication. Miller also participates in an array of competitive activities, including choir, future plans for the Red Cross Club, and the Best Buddies program.
