Despite this, Greenberg continued to believe that the Dolphins chose defensive back Chris Johnson, a Californian who was named Mountain West Co-Defensive Player of the Year. The gaffe occurred during the live broadcast of the draft. In response to the announcement, the title bar at the bottom of the screen showed the Dolphins' selection.
