Developers Propose 39-Story Building In Lenox Hill, Records Show

A developer has proposed plans to build a 39-story building on the Upper East Side, replacing five small walk-up buildings currently located. The building would contain 354 apartments, with 89 of these being designated as permanently affordable. The developers are seeking an amendment to the zoning, which allows for the building to be built. The project is currently undergoing public review and is set to undergo a public hearing.
