Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.), who is undecided on a run, had the most cash on hand at the end of the first quarter: $22.3 million, followed by Sen. Cory Booker, who is on the ballot this year but is unlikely to face a serious challenge in a deep-blue state, $21.9 million. Two House members, Reps. Ro Khanna and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, are also on the list, with both having less than $3 million on hand.
