Federal prosecutor apologizes to Biden judge for withholding information on murder charge pending against illegal alien

An Assistant U.S. Attorney with the District of Rhode Island has apologized to a Biden-appointed federal judge for not disclosing that an illegal immigrant arrested in Worcester, Bryan Rafael Gomez, is wanted on murder charges in the Dominican Republic. The judge, Melissa Dubose, had previously ordered the release of Gomez, pending a bond hearing before an immigration judge. Despite the murder charges, Dubose did not know about the assault and battery charges Gomez faces. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) criticized Dubose for her decision to release Gomez, calling her an "activist judge appointed by Joe Biden".
