A woman named Cindy Martins was arrested in the early morning hours of March 18 for allegedly driving the wrong way down a highway in Thomaston, Connecticut. She was charged with driving under the influence, driving the opposite way, reckless driving, and evading responsibility. The incident occurred at around 3am.
