Man charged with killing woman in Garner to appear in Wake County court

Ricardo Gonzalez Maldonado, 28, is facing charges of first-degree murder for the murder of 19-year-old Jennifer S.
. The victim was found with gunshot wounds on February 19 and died from her injuries. Maldonados was arrested in Georgia and extradited back to North Carolina. He is expected to appear in court in Wake County at 10 a.m.
