Pittsburgh infrastructure provider Jennmar lands new private equity owner

New York-based private equity firm KPS Capital Partners is acquiring a majority stake in Pittsburgh-based infrastructure provider, specifically in the form of its CEO, Tony Calandra, and FalconPoint Partners. The transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2018. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
