The New Orleans Saints have signed linebacker Kaden Elliss for a three-year, $33 million deal, with a maximum value of nearly $39 million. Elliss, who was drafted by the Saints in the seventh round of the 2019 draft, has been with the Atlanta Falcons for the past three seasons. He was considered one of the most underrated players on the Falcons. Despite playing inside, Elliss was asked to blitz often in Atlanta, particularly under defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich. He also led the team in tackles (107) from the inside linebacker spot and had 3.5 sacks, 10 tackles for a loss, one interception and six passes defended.
