The son of the former owners of Palladio, Michael Roberts, has opened his water features business in what was once the complex's garden showroom. The business will also host a design center and will host a water garden and retail center in Midtown Memphis. The owner aims to bring back what the once-encompassing site once was called "a destination experience".
