The Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z) is considering a one-year moratorium on large multi-family projects across Darien. The proposal follows a public hearing that closed on March 24. The moratorium would not apply to 8-30g affordable housing projects. The commission is also set to consider a separate zoning amendment application by 50 OKHN LLC, which seeks to allow specialty veterinary offices in the Designed Business zone. Other items on the agenda include a request for an extension of time on a previously approved land-filling and regrading project at 105 Leeuwarden Road.
