‘The Bear’ Drops Surprise Prequel Episode ‘Gary’

The Emmy-winning FX series, The Bear, has dropped a surprise prequel episode titled "Gary" on Hulu. The episode follows Richie (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) and Mikey (Jon Bernthal) on a trip to Gary, Indiana before the main series premieres. The prequel was announced by Moss-bachracher on Instagram and directed by Christopher Storer. The show's creator, Nevid Lake, had originally planned a four-season arc for the series. The fifth season of The Bear is expected to premiere in the summer.
