New legislation is proposed in Pennsylvania after a police incident occurred in which a woman drove a school bus with a severely intoxicated woman. The bill, proposed by State Sen. Tracy Pennycuick, would significantly increase penalties for drunk or drug-related bus drivers. The woman's blood alcohol level was 0.11.
