CNN senior national security analyst Juliette Kayyem has suggested that President Donald Trump's strikes against Iran may have influenced an attack at a synagogue in Michigan. The suspect, armed with explosives, rammed his vehicle into the Temple Israel synagogue and engaged in gunfire with security. Kayyeman warned that the strikes would incite attacks against Jewish and Iranian people in the U.S. The alleged suspect died at the scene and a member of the security team was hit by the suspect's car. The incident occurred just 15 minutes after Kayyam's comments on CNN's "CNN News Central" were made. The US and Israel launched Operation Epic Fury on Feb. 28, which killed Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and dozens of other senior leaders.
