AT&T has launched a subscription service, OneConnect, that combines home internet and wireless service for phones and wearables. The service includes gigabit broadband plus unlimited mobile data for up to 10 voice lines and 10 data devices. However, it is currently limited to new customers, as existing AT&T customers have no migration path to combine their broadband and wireless services under this digital umbrella. The OneConnect subscription prices include taxes and fees, a practice that is becoming increasingly rare among major carriers. Unlike standalone wireless plans, OneComp offers a one-size-fits-all model, allowing each account to select their own plan.
