The Arkansas Racing Commission unanimously approved FanDuel and DraftKings for sports wagering vendor licenses for Arkansas sports betting in 2026. The decision was made due to concerns about a revenue split that forces third-party operators to give more than half their revenue to their in-state partner. DraftKings and FanDul have accepted this split and can launch and betting sites immediately. All Arkansas betting apps must operate under a 51-49% revenue split, which is unchanged. The new partnerships do not include prediction markets, only online sports betting. There are currently available sports betting licenses if Caeses, or other casinos become physically or financially backward. The Arkansas Gaming Commission regulates racing, casino betting and sports betting, both in-person and online, and is made up of appointed members.
