Police in Orange County have arrested a 14-year-old boy who was involved in an armed carjacking and a vehicle pursuit. The incident occurred when night shift officers with the Cypress Police Department spotted the stolen vehicle near the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Moody Street. The boy fled the vehicle on foot and was arrested by police. A subsequent search revealed a handgun in the vehicle. The stolen vehicle was returned to its owner.
