A domestic dispute turned into a fatal shooting in Cumberland County, North Carolina, involving two off-duty law enforcement officers. The incident occurred shortly before 11 p.m. Friday on the 1600 block of Seattle Slew Lane in Hope Mills. One person was found with a gunshot wound and later pronounced dead at the scene.
