The death of "Deadliest Catch" fisherman Todd Meadows is under investigation. His body was released by the Anchorage Medical Examiner's Office after an autopsy. The show was reportedly filming its 22nd season when it occurred. The U.S. Coast Guard is investigating the cause of the accident.
