Soaking rain is expected over western Oregon and southwest Washington on Friday, with the brunt of the rain expected to move to the north, but it is expected to shift south into the Portland metro area for another soaking rain. Additional rain accumulation will reach an inch to an inch and a half for the greater Portland & Vancouver area by Saturday morning. Temperatures will remain below average by a few degrees this weekend, but temperatures will warm a few further as skies dry. The weather will pause on Mt.
