The Northbrook Police Department has released a list of incidents reported to the public and those arrested on criminal charges, which are often reduced or reduced. Joseismar A. Mireles Dominguez, of Rolling Meadows, was arrested for failing to appear in domestic court and moved to the Cook County Jail.
