A driver was killed after a loose wheel from another vehicle struck another vehicle on Interstate 35E in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred in the northbound express lanes of I-1919. The driver's identity has not yet been disclosed. The vehicle was driven by a Chevrolet Tahoe.
