Couple in their 80s killed when tornado destroys their home

A tornado destroyed the home of 89-year-old Ed Kozlowski and his wife, Arlene, causing extensive damage to the home in Lake Village, Indiana. The couple were unable to escape the debris and were found dead by the Newton County Coroner’s office. The Indiana Urban Search and Rescue team was seen sifting through the debris with Rhefeldt and his son, Matthew. The family were in the process of planning Ed's 90th birthday.
