Terrorism probe underway after Old Dominion University shooting

The shooting at Old Dominion University in Virginia has resulted in the death of an instructor and two people wounded. The suspect, 36-year-old Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, opened fire inside a classroom in one of the university's business school buildings before being subdued and killed himself. The shooting occurred in a classroom where students subdued the shooter. The FBI and other investigators are still investigating the shooting as an "act of terrorism". The shooting suspect was identified as a former Army National Guard member and a naturalized U.S. citizen originally from Sierra Leone. The motive for the shooting has not been disclosed.
