A cement truck driver in Paulden, Arizona, survived a car accident that resulted in a runaway set of wheels from a passing cement truck. The driver had only just gotten up to use the bathroom seconds before the accident, which caused the wheels to fly off and impact his bedroom wall. The incident occurred just after 7:30 p.m. on a Wednesday evening off state Route 89. The Yavapai County Sheriff's Office confirmed that the driver's-side rear wheels sheared off a northbound commercial cement truck, leaving the roadway completely unsupervised and punching through the brick wall of a nearby home. The sheriff's office has reminded all commercial drivers to thoroughly inspect their vehicles before driving.
