Police have arrested 51-year-old man, Anthony Richardson, for allegedly assaulting two women and firing shots at a group of people in a Southeast Portland neighborhood on March 17. No one was injured in the incident. Police obtained a search warrant and found a 9 mm handgun used in the shooting. Richardson is facing charges of second-degree attempted murder, unlawful use of a weapon, and a felon in possession of a firearm.
