Film and television production hubs across the Middle East have downplayed the impact of the Iran war, despite missile attacks, closed airspace, and rising security concerns. Despite the conflict entering its second week, Israeli broadcaster Keshet returned to regular programming following the killing of Iran's supreme leader Ali Khamenei, which triggered the war. Israeli TV producer: "We just keep filming in between the [air raid] sirens.” Meanwhile, in Saudi Arabia, studios and production hubs have reported limited disruption, with cinemas, cafes, and restaurants remaining open during Ramadan hours. The war entered its ninth day with no sign of abating, with Israel reporting new strikes on central Iran and Beirut, while Iran's Revolutionary Guard announced additional missile launches.
