He highlighted that former Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel, who was Obama's 'enforcer', has been making the rounds saying that Democrats have lost the plot on culture wars and that they are on the losing side of those. He also suggested that established Democrats might start aggressively for a run after the midterms. However, he also noted that the party is still developing a strategy around a worldview that Ingeroll believes doesn't work.
