Joseph Duggar, a reality star known for his controversial lifestyle, is under investigation in both Florida and Arkansas following allegations that he sexually abused a minor female during a family trip in 2020. The Bay County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) in Florida obtained an arrest warrant and sent it to the Tontitown Police Department (TPD) in Arkansas to facilitate the arrest of the 31-year-old father of four. The girl alleges that Joseph began sexually abusing her when she was 9-years-old on a family vacation in Florida and then began slowly grooming her over the course of the trip. On March 17, 2026, the victim's father confronted Joseph about the incidents, who allegedly confessed to the abuse. Both Duggar and his wife, Kendra, were later arrested and charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree and several counts of false imprisonment.
