The US has increased its estimate for the Golden Dome missile defense shield to $185 billion. The money will be allocated to three programs, including the Advanced Missile Tracking Initiative, a space data network, and the Hypersonic and Ballistic Tracking Space Sensor. The consortium includes Lockheed Martin, RTX and Northrop Grumman as prime partners.
