Authorities have arrested 28-year-old Ryce Joseph for the carjacking of a yellow cab at gunpoint in Hudson Yards. The incident occurred outside of 459 West 33rd St. and occurred shortly after midnight. Police caught up with the vehicle and arrested him without incident. He has been charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer, possession of stolen property, and other charges related to the incident.
