US Sending More Forces to Middle East Amid Iran Conflict

The United States is planning to send additional forces to the Middle East amid ongoing hostilities against Iran, according to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Dan Caine. The move is part of the U.S. force build-up begun in January in preparation for the potential conflict. Caine revealed that thousands of troops from all military branches have already participated in the joint strikes against Iran.
