Ali Larjani, the secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council, has stated that his country will not negotiate with the U.S. amid the ongoing war and criticised President Trump for his actions. He accused him of turning his "America First" slogan into "Israel First," sacrificing American soldiers for Israel's power-seeking ambitions. Larjoni denied a report that he had reached out to the U., through Omani mediators, regarding resuming talks on Iran's nuclear program. The U.,S. and Israel carried out strikes on Iran after President Trump was unsatisfied with negotiations between U. and Iranian officials. The strikes resulted in the deaths of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and other political and military officials.
