The Manalapan Police Blotter includes arrests for possession of unprescribed medications and drug paraphernalia, and a physical altercation between a 40-year-old Keyport resident and a 61-year old Monroe resident. The victim is also receiving harassing phone calls and text messages from an 18-month-old Marlboro resident, who allegedly used a fraudulent check to purchase an item listed on Facebook Marketplace for $500. The incident is currently under investigation.
