Ryan Gobern, a suspended driver from East Providence, has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a suspended license. The arrest was made following a hit and run incident. Gobern was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
