Police are searching for the driver responsible for a hit-and-run death of 22-year-old college student Seham Hassen, who was just two months away from graduating from the University of St. Thomas. The suspected vehicle is described as a silver or gray sedan with damage to the front driver’s side and a missing side mirror. The victim was hit by a speeding vehicle while crossing Marshall Street on March 22. The driver of the vehicle did not stop and has not been identified. The family is determined to find justice for Seham, even if it takes years.
