French businessman Fabrice Grinda's $50 million property in Turks and Caicos, featuring on Bravo's "Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip" and Netflix's "Too Hot to Handle," is set to go under the hammer with no reserve. The property, which is currently on the market for $50m, could sell for as little as $1, although Grinda hopes a buyer will come forward with more experience. The home, which includes 15 bedrooms, two pools, a hot tub, a cold plunge, and a beachfront gym, is currently owned by Grinda, who purchased it in 2019 for $11.5 million and then invested over $30 million into renovations. Despite its connections to reality TV, the property has a reputation for being a luxurious location to host events.
