The new WNBA collective bargaining agreement allows WNBA players to earn significantly more money this season, according to Las Vegas Aces owner Mark Davis. The Aces won't receive $100K sponsorships next year, but will not need them under the new CBA. Davis has been advocating for WNBA player salaries to be treated as valued professionals and has also advocated for equal access to luxury facilities and amenities. The new agreement was ratified by players and the WNBA's board of governors last month and still needs to be finalised with the signing of an official long-form agreement. The WNBA also revealed a $7 million salary cap in 2026, expected to increase to $11 million by 2032, the first-ever million-dollar super max ($1.4 million) and meaningful revenue sharing (players receive 20 percent of gross revenue).
