Taiwan's Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA) is hosting a showcase of Taiwanese talent and projects at Filmart in Hong Kong. The event comes as local productions are set to achieve a record-breaking first quarter at the Taiwanese box office. The stars of two upcoming Taiwanese productions, Addicted and Haru And Tae, will attend the TAICCA showcase. The projects are among 243 Taiwanese film and TV titles being offered to international buyers at FilmArt. Local films have been performing well at the box office over the past six months, with Sunshine Women’s Choir becoming the highest-grossing local film of all time in Taiwan with over $22M.
