The chef power couple Evan and Sarah Riches, known for their innovative cooking style at Rich Table in San Francisco, have delivered another outstanding burger at their new restaurant, RT Bistro. The burger, which includes a custom beef blend made with short rib, brisket, chuck and dry-aged rib cap, is considered one of the best in the city for its $30 price tag. The restaurant's focus is on exceptional, heterogeneous cooking and world-class hospitality. The chef de cuisine Bill Wang and chef de chef Bill Wang have also been noted for their distinctive Asian influence on the menu. Despite a few issues, the restaurant has been praised for its strong sense of branding and subtle use of Douglas fir in its food.
