The Department of Justice is seeking to permanently dismiss charges against two former Louisville police officers, former Detective Joshua Jaynes and former Sgt. Kyle Meany, who are accused of falsifying a warrant leading to the botched police raid on their home. The DOJ argues that their charges should be dismissed in the "interest of justice".
