A 33-year-old man from Marshall, Arkansas, Richard Allan Bradley, is facing multiple felony charges following an investigation by the Arkansas State Police (ASP) Internet Crimes Against Children Unit. The investigation began in 2002 and involved cyber tips submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The ASP seized multiple cellular phones and digital devices believed to contain evidence related to the case. Following an initial interview, Bradley initially claimed the online accounts were hacked and he later acknowledged communicating online with at least one person.
