The murder trial for Kouri Richins, accused of poisoning and murdering her husband with a lethal dose of fentanyl, continues with questions over the juror, prosecution witnesses. A juror reported having previously done business with one of the witnesses, which raises concerns about bias. The new witness is expected to start the day following a lengthy testimony from digital forensics expert Chris Kotrodimos. The jury is made up of 12 jurors, with four of them acting as alternates if any issues arise. The judge denied a request for a mistrial after a witness mentioned Richins' jail time and phone calls from the jail during questioning.
